The constructor that prices everything

Most agency sites have two kinds of price: the one you can pay, and the one that says “contact us”. The second kind is a confession, the number exists, but nobody wants to stand behind it. We just removed every one of ours.

One ladder, four families

The constructor now opens with a single question, what are we building?

Family From What you get How you pay
Website, a site that wins work £395 Five pages, live within ten working days of complete intake. Add-ons price themselves as you pick: SEO baseline, extra pages, motion, more languages, a shop lite Card, in one go
Intelligence, AI that earns its keep £1,900 One grounded workflow, deployed and guarded, then modules priced per line Card, in one go
Product, an MVP or web app £4,900 Auth, your core workflow, admin, deployment, with payments, AI features and integrations itemised before you pay 40/30/30 across build, preview and delivery milestones
Platform, business-critical systems £750 The scoping itself: a fixed Signal Sprint, credited in full against the build Paid there and then

Every path ends the same way: a Deliverables Schedule with each line priced, which you accept before checkout. That document is the contract, no estimates that grow, no surprises at invoice time.

Why “message us for a price” had to die

Naming a price you cannot pay is worse than naming no price. It says: we want your details more than we want your decision. So now, if a number is printed on this site, you can pay it in the same visit, by card, in one go or by milestone.

The promise, in one line: if a number is printed on this site, you can pay it in the same visit, by card, in one go or by milestone.

Milestones deserve a special mention, because big projects fail on cash-flow trust. A £6,400 MVP bills £2,560 today; the remaining two instalments appear in your portal as phases complete. You always know what the next payment buys, because the Schedule says so.

For any industry

The constructor no longer assumes you fix boilers. Bakery, consultancy, clinic, studio, SaaS founder, the same flow, the same printed prices, the same contract. The Founders’ Pilot opened up too: the first five builds, any industry, get the full Presence scope for £295 in exchange for a review and a case study.
