// FUTURE APPLICATIONS

Software, priced before it is built.

Tell the constructor what must work, what it should feel like, and what success means. It prices every line before you pay — approve the schedule once, track the build, receive what you approved.

  • No estimate theatre
  • No hourly meter
  • One free change round
  • Built for handover

Your business, running.

Every part in sequence. Nothing revealed before it’s built.

// 01 — THE BUILDPRINT

Three answers. The whole deal.

No enquiry form, no discovery call, no waiting for a quote. This is the engine that prices your order — running on three answers instead of thirty.

What needs to exist?
What have you got already?
What matters most?

Indicative by design. Every line is re-priced server-side in the constructor before you pay — the Deliverables Schedule is what binds us.

Technology that earns its place.

Four ways to build, one standard: everything configured and priced in the constructor before you pay. It has to earn its place.

// 03 — THE BUILD

The build, replayed

This is how we work: every part in sequence, nothing revealed before it’s built. // 8.0S — 60FPS
// 04 — THE FILMS

Three films. One discipline.

Every product assembles the same way — framed, sheathed, ignited. Sites and web apps order today; mobile apps are in pilot. Demonstration builds, rendered from real build journeys at 60fps.

// FILM 02 — SITES & WEB APPS The shopfront, assembled. Glass panels gather around a working site — every section clicks into place. Demonstration build.
// FILM 03 — MOBILE APPS · IN PILOT The app, pocket-sized. A wireframe phone sheathed in particles, resolved into a running product. Demonstration build — mobile apps are in pilot.
// 05 — THE SEQUENCE

Move quickly without losing control.

Short feedback loops cut waste, expose risk early, and keep every decision tied to what your customers actually need.

// STAGE 01 — FRAME

Define the outcome

We clarify the commercial goal, users, constraints, and the smallest valuable release.

// STAGE 02 — ASSEMBLE

Build in focused cycles

Working software is shared early so decisions are based on evidence, not long documents.

// STAGE 03 — IGNITE

Launch and improve

We harden, measure, document, and hand over a product your team can confidently operate.

Security first

Practical controls, careful data handling, and fewer unnecessary dependencies.

Commercial focus

Priorities are tied to adoption, saved time, lower risk, or stronger revenue.

Simple architecture

The least complex solution that reliably delivers the required outcome.

Fast feedback

Frequent working releases make progress visible and decisions easier.

// 06 — THE PIPELINE

Watch it move, end to end.

Every build runs the same visible pipeline — and you watch each stage from your portal. Milestones bill only as phases complete.

// STAGE 01 — INTAKE

Everything in writing

Your constructor answers become the intake: facts, services, copy, access. The ten-working-day clock starts only when intake reaches 100%.

40% — build starts
// STAGE 02 — BUILD

Assembled in sequence

Pages, design level, add-ons — built against the Deliverables Schedule, not a conversation. Lighthouse ≥ 90 and WCAG 2.2 AA verified before preview.

30% — preview ready
// STAGE 03 — REVIEW

Seven days, then auto-accept

You get the preview and one consolidated change round, free. Anything failing the Schedule is fixed free — acceptance is the checklist, not opinion.

Handover, DNS cutover, and the Care Plan offer. Your site keeps earning — hosting, security updates, backups and monitoring, cancel any month.

£49/mo — optional
// 07 — PRICING

One price. Printed. Before you pay.

No estimates that grow. No hourly meters. The price you see is the price you pay — with the deliverables schedule written down before checkout.

Start complete. Add only what creates value. See every pound move.

The base product is useful, tested and deliverable on its own. SEO, AI, ecommerce, motion and extra platforms are separate because different customers need different things. Every selection changes the total immediately — dependencies, recurring provider costs, inclusions and exclusions are shown before payment, and nothing paid is preselected.

Website Core — five pages from £395 one-off, paid upfront

The site that wins the work.

A fast, quality-gated site for any business — bakery, consultancy, studio, clinic — built through the constructor and live within ten working days of complete intake.

  • Five pages, copy drafted with you and approved before build
  • Lighthouse ≥ 90 and WCAG 2.2 AA, verified
  • One consolidated change round included free
  • SEO baseline available as a £100 add-on — never bundled silently
Founders’ Pilot: first five builds, any industry — £295, full Website scope including SEO baseline, in exchange for a review and a case study.
Where this price comes from
  • Frontier-model build allowance — the model work that drafts and revises the code, copy and assets.
  • Supervised delivery — around 3.5 hours of developer review, wiring, accessibility and performance checks, deploy and handover. Every add-on carries its own effort figure in our pricing source.
  • Direct costs — hosting, payment fees, monitoring, email.
  • Risk reserve — the free change round and the acceptance guarantee, which are ours to absorb.

If a build takes us longer than planned, that is our risk — not your invoice. There is no hourly meter to run.

AI Workflow — grounded automation from £1,900 one-off

  4. Review
  5. Delivered

Your order page shows exactly where things stand. The clock starts at complete intake — nudges on day 2, 5 and 8; extend or refund on day 14.

// 09 — QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

The awkward ones, first.

Everything a buyer normally has to book a call to ask. If something you need is missing here, that is a gap in our process — tell us and it gets added.

Who owns the code, the domain and the accounts?
You do. Source code is transferred to you at handover (GitHub transfer or archive), domains and provider accounts are opened in your name wherever feasible, and admin access moves to you at delivery. Nothing is held hostage.
What if I do not like what you build?
One consolidated change round is included free with every build. Anything that fails the Deliverables Schedule is a defect and is fixed free — it is never billed as a change. You get a seven-day review window, then the work auto-accepts.
You say no meetings — what if you need something from me?
The constructor is designed to collect everything up front. If something is genuinely missing or contradictory, you get one focused question in your portal with a recommended default, and unaffected work carries on in parallel. No calls, no chasing, no scope drift by email.
Is this really built with AI?
Frontier models draft the code, copy and assets; a developer supervises, reviews and is accountable for what ships. Prices, dependencies and acceptance criteria are set by deterministic rules — never by a model — and you approve the Schedule before anything is built.
My project is more complicated than a form can capture.
Then it should not get a guessed price. The Platform Sprint is a fixed-price scoping engagement that produces a real, itemised Schedule — and the £750 is credited in full against the build.
Can I spread the cost?
Any order of £2,000 or more is billed 40/30/30 automatically: 40% at checkout, 30% at preview, 30% at delivery. Each milestone is invoiced in your portal before that phase starts.
What is deliberately not included?
Every Schedule prints its own exclusions before you pay. The usual ones: logo design from scratch, photography and video production, ongoing ad management, and third-party provider running costs (those stay on your own accounts, so you keep control).
How fast, honestly?
A Website goes live within ten working days of complete intake; AI workflows within fifteen; a Web App preview within twenty. The clock starts when your intake reaches 100% and any access we need is verified — not when you pay, because that would be a promise we do not control.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund any time before intake hits 100% and the build starts. After build start but before the first preview, 60%. After preview, the acceptance guarantee replaces refunds: anything failing the Schedule is fixed until it passes.
