What we hold
Order records, the Deliverables Schedule you approved, intake answers, messages, change requests, files you upload, and the minimum contact details needed to deliver.
Why we hold it
To fulfil the contract, communicate about the build, and keep the financial and legal records we are required to keep.
How long
Order and financial records are kept for six years after delivery. Access logs, funnel events and cost records are kept for two years. Uploaded files and messages stay with the order and follow the same six-year period.
What we never do
We never sell personal information; never use it for advertising; never keep IP addresses or browsing history with analytics events; and never share passwords because we do not hold them.
Get a copy
Email privacy@fapps.io from the address used at checkout and we will send a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to delete it
Email privacy@fapps.io. We will erase personal information where we can, while keeping the financial record and anything we are legally required to retain. We cannot delete data while a build or dispute is open.
